The BEEN-Manual to Moscow and Beijing

The mayor of Berlin Klaus Wowereit handed over the BEEN-Manual in Russian language to the mayor of Moscow Yury Luzhkov. In August Beijing's mayor Guo Jinlong obtained the manual in Chinese language. Both mayors intend to put into practice the recommendations of the BEEN project for the refurbishment of the prefabricated building stock in their cities.
