In January 2004, the Lithuanian Government approved Lithuanian Housing Strategy. Find here the full document.
The strategy foresees to renovate 70% of the multi-apartment dwelling houses built before 1991 and to reduce the cost of heat-energy up to 30%. The implementation period of the strategy is foreseen until 2020.
